Becoming Next You (Radha Krishnaswamy, Breda, the Netherlands) respects your privacy. This statement explains which personal data this website processes, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message — to answer your question.
• Clarity Scorecard: your first name, email address, your answers and score — to show and email you your result and, if you tick the box, to send you occasional emails about clarity, career transitions and programmes.
• Booking a call: appointments are scheduled through Calendly. Calendly only loads after you click to show the calendar or open the link; its own privacy policy applies.

Legal basis

We process this data based on your consent and, where you ask for coaching, to take steps towards an agreement with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Messages and scorecard results are deleted automatically after 12 months, unless they are needed for an ongoing coaching relationship.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Sharing

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with service providers needed to run this website (hosting, email) and, when you book a call, Calendly.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing and to data portability. Send your request via the contact page and we will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
